Production Operatives (3-shift rotation)

Essential Criteria:

·         Numeracy and literacy skills

·         Ability to communicate effectively, with an eagerness to learn

·         Manual dexterity

·         Flexible, organised and motivated

·         Ability to work to effectively unsupervised and on own initiative, in an efficient manner

·         Ability to work in a team, with a positive and can-do attitude

·         Applicants must be able to work all 3 shifts on a rotational basis (ie 1 week of night shift, followed by 1 week of late shift, followed by 1 week on early)

Desirable Criteria:

·         Relevant experience

·         Preference may be given to applicants with previous factory experience

Rate of pay:

Training rate: £14.65 per hour, (£16.60 per hour when on night shift)

When trained the rate will increase, and as skills develop there are further opportunities to move up in rate of pay
