Sustainability Strategy

The ethos of family and community values has been embedded in Ulster Carpets for 85 years. This philosophy is vital in protecting the planet and providing a long term, sustainable future for the generations that follow.

Central to our Sustainability Strategy are five key targets to be met by 2025:

• 50% reduction in carbon emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2)
• 18.5% reduction in energy intensity (per m2)
• 5% reduction in water consumption
• 20% reduction in waste
• 5% reduction in packaging

Meeting these targets are part of our long-term objective of becoming a Net Zero manufacturer.
