We are seeking to appoint a multi-skilled Receptionist / Administration Assistant to provide effective and efficient administration support to the Finance & Administration department to meet the needs of the Business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will:

  • Answer all incoming call on the main switchboard
  • Welcome customers and visitors into the reception area
  • Carryout general administration and finance duties

All applicants must demonstrate:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C to include English Language and Mathematics
  • Previous administration experience (preferably Finance/Accounts related)
  • Previous reception / switchboard experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Professional and approachable manner with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Motivated team worker
