August 2016 Timelapse Videos

Throughout the project the weather maps have been closely watched. A more dry than usual August was helpful in finishing the exterior of the new dye house ready for the contractors to handover to Ulster Carpets on 1 September 2016. The front steps are now in place leading up to the glass fronted entrance of the technologically advanced new dye house facility.

During August the piping work was finished for connecting all of the new machinery and the process of lagging the 3,000 metres of pipes is now underway. The ventilation and extractor system together with the boiler house is fully commissioned and in operation.

The teams from England, Germany and Italy are in place and commissioning the new machinery to get it operational.
