May 2016 Timelapse Videos

3rd juin 2016

The ever keen eye was on the weather maps in May and especially the wind speed with the delivery of two large water tanks which were craned into place from the factory main car park across the Corcrain River on Friday 20th May 2016. That weekend saw the successful changeover to high voltage electric which will be commissioned on a phased basis.

The fence was removed and with a temporary ‘road’ in place to the Parkmount factory it allowed a great view of the fabulous architecture of the new Dyehouse for Their Royal Highnesses: The Prince of Wales & The Duchess of Cornwall’s visit to the factory on Tuesday 24th May 2016.

Inside the new Dyehouse the external doors are now in place and work has been underway forming the stud walls for the partitioning of the offices on the mezzanine floor, fixing of the rails for the automatic shuttles, installation of chemical resistant flooring in the Chemical Store and the installation of mechanical & electrical services.

In June the ground outside the new Dyehouse will be levelled for concreting.

We have continued to capture the progress with time-lapse photography and have prepared a video of the work in May 2016 and a project to date video which you can view on both our Contract & Residential websites, via our links on the social media feeds for Facebook & Twitter.

There are also still images showing on our Contract & Residential websites.

Please enjoy the 10th video in the series together with the 6th Project to Date video.
