InterContinental Berlin

We matched the refined style of the upscale InterContinental® Berlin hotel with a range of bespoke designed carpets.

Located next to Berlin’s iconic Tiergarten Park and a pleasant walk from the iconic Brandenburg Gate, we worked closely with the General Contractor, Brumann, and Interior Designers, Goddard Littlefair, to complement the interior elegance of this beautiful hotel.

Our bespoke designs provide a feeling of continuity for guests throughout the InterContinental® Berlin, with our designs featuring in the guestrooms, corridors and public areas as well as in the stylish event spaces and the Marlene Bar.

DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm

The impressive event spaces at DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm feature statement geometric carpet designs from Ulster.

The first DoubleTree by Hilton in Berlin is located in a prime location, a short walk from major attractions like the Berlin Zoo and the famous ‘Gedächtniskirche’ church, making it perfect for busy events.

Our bespoke carpets add to the opulent design throughout the hotel, with the distinctive geometric design adding a vibrant feel. We worked closely with Interior Designer, Viserius Studio, and General Contractor, Felix Graf, to meet the unique demands of this project.

Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, A Belmond Train, Europe

Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, A Belmond Train, Europe, is an expression of a luxurious vision of Art Deco indulgence.

Working with luxury hospitality design experts, Wimberly Interiors, and J.K Interiors, who were responsible for the design management and procurement of this project, our Designers worked to retain the classical luxury and romantic intrigue of this iconic train as part of a redesign of the new suites, restaurant, and bar carriages.

Each suite is meticulously designed in a theme inspired by the picturesque European landscapes that the train traverses and our carpet designs reflect these themes to make every journey a truly immersive experience from the inside out.

For La Campagne (countryside), our carpet design reflects the vibrant green of the meadow grasses and in Les Montagnes (mountains) the design is inspired by the sharp rise of the mountain ranges.

In Les Lac (lakes), soft crests of waves are embodied in the carpet design with the rich blue tones inspired by the glacial lakes of Europe; while La Forêt (forest) is influenced by the autumnal colours of the ancient forests of central Europe.

The restaurant and bars on board are as iconic as the carriages and represent a golden age of travel that attracted movie stars, authors, ambassadors, and royalty. Our bespoke carpet designs for these carriages reflect this famous heritage and history.

Hilton Gdansk, Poland

Our work at Hilton Gdansk typifies our ability to create designs that provide a feeling of continuity for guests.

Our Designers created a flowing carpet style for the corridors, guestrooms and public areas that matches the modern and luxurious setting of this popular hotel that overlooks the Old Town of Gdansk.

The subtle differences in each design give each area its own distinctive character but perfectly connect each one together.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow now includes bespoke Ulster carpets and rugs as part of a £6.8million refurbishment programme.

We designed and manufactured 8,400m2 of bespoke carpets for this four-star hotel’s 321 guest rooms, corridors, public areas and the new Leo’s Bar and Restaurant.

Once again collaborating with the interior design experts at Cunningham McLean, our designs match the biophilic design style of this beautiful city centre hotel.

EST Grand Hotel Savoy, Budapest

The EST Grand Hotel Savoy offers upscale accommodation in the heart of Budapest.

For a hotel with such a distinctive history, our bespoke carpets for the corridors and meeting rooms were created to match the comfort, elegance and sophistication of this legendary hotel that first opened in 1909.

At the end of the imperial and royal monarchy, the hotel became a popular meeting place for artists, intellectuals and the bourgeoisie thanks to its exclusive downtown location. Today, the building still exudes its charm from the Art Nouveau era.

We worked closely with Rachel Beckett at AndBeyond Interiors to develop the carpet designs and match this wonderful hotel.

Our bespoke corridor designs add to this elegance while the recoloured Fusion carpets in the meeting rooms match the smart, contemporary style.

Fusion is part of our Stock Collection and the chevron Reverb design fits perfectly with the hotel’s natural parquet flooring. By selecting a bespoke colour combination the design has been uniquely tailored to match the distinctive style of Est Grand Hotel Savoy.

London Hilton on Park Lane

As the first Hilton to open in the UK, there is a lot of history connected to London Hilton on Park Lane.

The building itself has been a symbol of style since the hotel opened in 1963 and the objective of the G.A Group was to restore and elevate its distinctive mid-century pose and reimagine its original identity.

Overlooking Hyde Park and within half a mile of Buckingham Palace, the hotel’s guestrooms and suites offer iconic views over the London skyline.

This captivating setting is a source of inspiration throughout the hotel, as reflected in the organic forms and natural tones of our bespoke carpets.

Enhancing this approach, the art in the guestrooms create a link between the floor and the rest of the interior design.

The luxurious finish of our wool-rich Axminster carpets adds to opulence of this beautiful setting while the integration of organic colours creates a calming influence. This combination allows the finer touches the furniture, lighting and artwork to flourish.

Reflecting the precise and clear attributes of this hotel, the meticulous approach by our Designers has added to the sense of timeless elegance and modern styling found at London Hilton on Park Lane.

It is also a reflection of our ability to collaborate closely with leading interior designers such as the G.A Group to create definitive flooring.

Regent Seven Seas Grandeur

Continuing our strong relationship with Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Studio DADO, we have designed and manufactured a range of bespoke carpets for Seven Seas Grandeur™ – A Heritage of Perfection and the sixth ship to join The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet™.

Seven Seas Grandeur is the culmination of Regent’s more than three decades of expertise in luxury cruising. Inspired by the past and stunningly reimagined for the future, this magnificent vessel was designed by the multi-award-winning Studio DADO and built by premier ship builder Fincantieri in Ancona, Italy in just over two years.

Having already completed work on Seven Seas Splendor and Seven Seas Explorer we were delighted to have been given the opportunity to again work with the talented team at Studio DADO on Seven Seas Grandeur.

Our world-class designers used this past experience to build on the breath-taking traditions of these ships to create designs of refined style and matchless elegance.

This included bespoke designs to match the indomitable style of the Prime 7 Steakhouse; the glamourous French era of 1925 Paris for Chartreuse; and the magical beauty of Compass Rose.

The organic style of Art Nouveau is found in the corridor design for the Observation Lounge entrance while a more refined luxury has been created for the prestigious Owner’s Suite.
