Thursday 10th September 2015 officially launched the building process of Ulster’s new Dye House and Energy Centre by overseeing the breaking of ground for its foundations.
Week 1of the build seen the piling rig arriving on site and work commencing immediately beginning with the first pile being placed in to the ground to a depth of 8 metres and the 2nd pile 6 metres. The total amount of piles that will be needed is 255. This process will take approximately 4 weeks.
