We have a new opportunity for a Sales & Logistics Co-ordinator in our Contract Sales Department to provide support in the management of Contract Sales projects and general office administration support.

Key duties will be to provide administrative support to the Sales & Design Team, to instruct sales personnel in requirements for the successful administration of these projects and to work closely with Production Planning, Custom Despatch and Accounts.

Key Skills: 

  • Previous experience in a fast-moving, administrative and sales environment
  • Strong sales order processing experience
  • Ability to co-ordinate projects with excellent attention to detail
  • Have experience working with logistics companies 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be computer literate

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Knowledge of invoicing/ statements of account and reconciliation of accounts

You will be motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative with accuracy, under-pressure and to tight deadlines, and flexible to travel to other sites where necessary.
