Ulster Yarns is a wholly owned subsidiary of our parent company Ulster Carpets.  We are seeking a HR & Training Officer who will work alongside an experienced HR team to provide a professional, proactive HR and training service to Ulster Yarns with a significant focus on recruitment, retention and development.  

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Solid HR generalist with 3-5 years experience
  • Significant experience with recruitment 
  • Relevant CIPD qualification
  • HR experience gained in a fast paced setting, preferably manufacturing
  • Practical working knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • IT literate particularly with HR, time and attendance systems
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • The site operates 24/5, therefore a flexible approach to work is available
  • This is an onsite role and we wish to hear from people who enjoy working onsite
