We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic person to join our Administration team based at our main site in Portadown.

Reception duties include switchboard, welcoming visitors, and outgoing post.  The role will include administrative support to Finance & Administration department including assisting with processing of a weekly payroll within the Group.

Summary Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with Mathematics and English at Grade C or above
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Positive Attitude
  • IT literate to include Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Desirable criteria – experience in:
    • An office environment
    • Payroll
    • operating an ERP system
    • operating a switchboard
    • large company experience
