Quality is built into every stage of our manufacturing process, from the first yarn spun to the final inspection before a carpet leaves our factory.

Every roll is carefully examined by our experienced quality team, who inspect the pattern, colour, construction and finish to ensure it meets the approved specification. As every bespoke project is different, the inspection process relies on both technical expertise and skilled judgement.

Alongside visual inspection, each project is checked for side matching to ensure adjoining widths are correctly matched before installation, helping deliver the finished appearance intended by the design.
