No. Ulster Carpets do not sell direct to the general public, but instead our sales are through retailers across the UK and Ireland.

A retailer can provide you with a specific quote based on your exact requirements. Prices can vary depending on the room size and shape, if you require underlay and if they include fitting, which is why a retailer is best placed to provide this information.

All Ulster carpets come with a 6-year guarantee – extended to 10 years if it is installed with Axfelt Triple Layer Underlay (Terms and Conditions apply – speak to your retailer for more details.)

Yes. You can order up to 5 free samples via our website to help you make your decision.  Once you’re finished, you can return them free-of-charge.

Yes - Our Wilton and Axminster carpets are treated with a moth proof repellent as standard while our Tufted Loop carpets include a moth resistant treatment.

However, these treatments are NOT included on any of our Natural Choice Collection carpets.

To keep the appearance of your carpet and prolong its life, it is important to correctly clean it.

Regular (3+ times a week) vacuuming, preferably with an upright vacuum with a beater bar, will dislodge most of the dirt and dust trapped within the layers of your carpet as well as brush the carpet pile to keep its appearance.
