From wool sourcing and dyeing through to weaving and final despatch, our teams work closely together throughout every stage of production. This connected approach gives us greater visibility of the materials we use, how our products are made and how they perform over time.

Every material provides value and this belief shapes the way we approach manufacturing across our operations.
This begins with selecting the right materials for the right environment and wool remains central to many of our products because of its durability, resilience and renewable nature. As a natural fibre, wool also absorbs and stores carbon throughout its lifetime while delivering the long term performance and appearance retention required within demanding hospitality interiors.
Material selection is only part of the responsibility. We must carefully consider how products are manufactured and how materials are used throughout production. This thinking has helped shape our Make with Purpose ethos, focused on improving material efficiency and reducing unnecessary waste wherever possible. We are proud to operate with zero waste to landfill throughout our production, supported through reuse, recycling and recovery initiatives that help extend the value of materials beyond production.
