Design inspiration comes in many forms and our work at Lough Erne Resort shows that, sometimes, the most obvious influence is right in front of you.
Nestled in 600 acres of untouched Enniskillen countryside, Lough Erne is a secluded escape where the land cradles the water, and proud traditions are woven together with true modern luxury.
When it came to creating bespoke carpet designs for this project, we were delighted to be collaborating with Ciara Ni Laoi, of the award winning CLR Designs, and the most obvious influence came from the stunning surroundings that envelop this luxurious five-star hotel, spa and golf resort.
Exemplifying the unique natural beauty of Fermanagh, the tranquil loughside location is perfect for a secluded escape. Working with Ciara Ní Laoi from the award-winning CLR Design, we created bespoke designs for the guestrooms and corridors that bring the outside in.
From the beginning, the design was influenced by the botanical surroundings of branches and leaves that are so prominent around the Resort. This was stylishly integrated into the corridors as part of an interlocking design that has a distinctive Irish feel.
The relaxing colour palette selected by CLR Design seamlessly flows from the corridors into the rooms to enhance the relaxing atmosphere it creates. Continuity is created between the corridors and guestrooms with a similar botanical-inspired carpet design.
The quality finish of our carpets adds to the luxury of this five-star hotel, spa and golf resort and the delivery of a design that matches the brief showcases the world-class expertise of our designs.
