The Story

Bespoke carpets and rugs play an important part in creating a relaxing ambience at Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa.

As part of a major refurbishment, we designed and manufactured carpets and rugs to match the five-star luxury of this beautiful beachfront hotel.

Situated in St Julian’s and overlooking Balluta Bay, Malta Marriott, one of Malta’s leading 5-star hotels, combines luxurious charm and the relaxed feel of a Mediterranean spa.

Our designs echo this, with a sophisticated colour palette and layered design styling. The large oval rugs in the suites coordinate effortlessly within this space to create a peaceful atmosphere. These colour tones are matched in the corridor carpets to create a feeling of continuity for guests.

This continuity is extended further into the event spaces which have been designed for flexibility. With an entire floor dedicated to meetings, banqueting, conferences, and other events, our wall-to-wall Axminster carpet designs had to stand out.

The same layered approach has continued with the carpet design but though an emphasis on stronger hues within the same colour palette, this design fits the space perfectly.

The connection found in the designs throughout the hotel is created by the collaborative design approach we take to every project. Our Designers understand the individuality of every project and working with interior designers to realise their overall vision.
