2.1.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

4.1 With the exception of 4.2 we do not sell, share or disclose the Data we have obtained. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in article 4 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986.

4.2.2 If Ulster Carpets (Holdings) Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

4.2.4 Who provide a service to us, such as our Internet Service Provider. Any such providers are bound by confidentiality provisions and we have endeavered to ensure any such providers are GDPR compliant.

5.1 We are committed to protecting the security of your Data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures in order to do this. We will continue to update policies and implement additional security features as new technologies become available.

7.1 You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your Data, or object to the processing of your Data or Data portability at any time. We will respond to your request in writing, as soon as practicable and in any event within one month
of receipt of your request. We may request proof of identification to verify your request.
