The Role of Sales Account Manager (France) is to drive all areas of the sales process in the North of France including Paris as agreed by (SME).  It will be to work across multiple sectors supporting the company’s global sales structure and delivering incremental growth in the French market.  The role will report to the Sales Manager Europe.  The role will assume direct responsibility for the Key Accounts in France (as directed by SME)

The individual will have vast experience in managing Key Accounts within the Specification sector most notably across the Hospitality Sector.  Additionally, you will have worked within the A&D sector and come with significant relationships to be able to hit the ground running.  This is a new role within the French market and is a key appointment in supporting the delivery of 2023/24 targets.

This role will heavily utilise the Ulster Paris Showroom in developing the Ulster Carpets Brand in the market and work closely with the Sales Manager Europe to deliver a first class customer journey.

Key Activities

  • Further develop Ulster Carpets in Northern France
  • Enhance the Architects & Designers Profile of Ulster Carpets in Paris and Northern France
  • Deliver growth in the Project Sector of the French Market
  • Manage the Key Accounts across the region (as agreed by SME)
  • Be a pivotal link with the International sales teams and internal support teams
  • Expert networker and lead generator
  • Make the Paris Showroom the heart of A&D
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and SME to help deliver a marketing plan for your remit
  • Deliver key market intelligence and forecasting plans to the business
  • Deliver regular reporting as agreed to the SLT
  • Put in place an annual Business Plan for your area of responsibility
  • Work within the parameters of the businesses financial targets
  • Proactively attend and manage design events
